WHAT IS SESSION MODE? AND HOW TO USE IT?
Session Mode allows you to increase heat and extend another 20 seconds session. Just click the power button one more time when one session is done. Even multiple clicks as many times as you want to keep the session going or looking to share with friends. But please remember, don’t extend too many sessions, because the device may become very hot. We recommend extending no more than 5 sessions at a time.
HOW TO OPERATE MY XMAX QOMO?
Turning on/off: Click the power button 3 times consecutively.
Temperature adjusting: After powering on, click the power button 2 times consecutively to select your temperature setting.
Preheat/Heating up: After powering on and selecting your temperature setting, click the power button 1 time to heat the device.
Extending another session: When one session is done, click the power button 1 more time to keep the session going.
HOW CAN I PRODUCE DENSE VAPOR FROM MY XMAX QOMO?
There are a few ways to ensure dense vapor production:
Temperature setting: The higher the temperature setting, the denser vapor will be.
Heating time: More heating time can help to produce denser vapor. You can refer to the usage of 10s+20s+20s. After 10s preheating, please don’t inhale during the first 20s sessions. Click the button one more time to extend another 20s session, then start inhaling and you will get a denser vapor.
Inhaling: Slow and long inhaling/puffing will help you to get much denser vapor.
Concentrate quality: If the concentrate is too dry, not much vapor can be produced.
Concentrate amount: Please don’t load too much concentrate. Too much loading will only make the concentrate boil or melt, even splash but no denser vapor.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY XMAX QOMO TO FULLY HEAT UP?
XMAX QOMO has a preheating time of 10 seconds, during which the bubbler light flashes repeatedly in orange.
HOW TO CHARGE MY XMAX QOMO PROPERLY?
Please use the provided USB-C charging cable or standard Type-C charger to charge the device, and please ensure the input is no more than 5V/1A. The current or voltage beyond this range will damage the device.
CAN MY XMAX QOMO BE USED WHILE CHARGING?
No, we don’t recommend using electronic products while charging.
WHAT KIND OF BATTERY DOES XMAX QOMO USE? AND HOW LONG WILL THE BATTERY LAST?
XMAX QOMO uses a built‐in 1350mAh(Lithium-Polymer) battery. The battery can be used for at least 26 sessions under the highest temperature setting of 350℃/662℉after each full charging.
HOW LONG WILL THE BATTERY LAST?
The battery can be used for at least 12 sessions under the 4mins session and the highest temperature of 240℃/464℉after each full charging.
Besides, the lifetime of the 18650 2550mAh battery is 350 times cycle use and charging. The battery will decline after 350 times of charging use.
HOW MUCH MATERIAL CAN MY XMAX QOMO OVEN HOLD?
The capacity of the XMAX QOMO oven bowl is about 0.7ml.
CAN I VAPORIZE HERB MATERIAL IN MY XMAX QOMO?
No, XMAX QOMO is exclusive for wax/concentrate.
IS THE HEATING ATOMIZER REMOVABLE? HOW TO REMOVE IT?
Yes, the heating atomizer is removable. Unscrew the atomizer like a screw, and then rotate it to install another atomizer.
IS THE XMAX QOMO GLASS BUBBLER REMOVABLE?
Yes, the XMAX QOMO’s glass bubbler and other glass accessories are removable.
